    Filling out the address form

    Hi,

I'm a new member soon-to-be-customer from the republic of Ireland. The prices in this site seem to be quite reasonably and I'm thinking of buying a Twin Frozr III HD 7950 from you guys. However one part is confusing me (crucial part too, can't mess up the shipping address) on the Postal Code section there are two bars for the code. My postal code is simply "D14". Does that mean I have to fill it in twice? Do I put the "D" in one side? And the "14" in the other?

Unless it allows you to use just D14 in one box, I'd split it as you suggest.

Re: Filling out the address form

If your using the website, what some Irish customers are putting for the postal code is IRE LAND across both the boxes.

If you still have issues, if you contact us on sales, we can get the order setup for Ireland straight away.

    Best Regards,

Re: Filling out the address form

Guys another question. I ordered the wrong HD 7950 brand, how do I cancel my order? It hasn't left the store yet. I tried calling but an eastern european man answered yelled at me and hung up?

Store is closed today, http://www.scan.co.uk/information/openingtimes.aspx , angry eastern European man could have been a wrong number with a hangover ?

Possibly. I'm definitely punching in the correct number (0871-472-4747) Unless of course theres some sort of region code (+353 for Dublin etc..).

I'll call back tomorrow. Thanks for that link.

Re: Filling out the address form

0871 is a non-geographic premium rate number. It might work if you include the 44 UK country code. However, if you go to www.saynoto0870.com, you can look up Scan's geographic number which you can prefix with the 44 UK country code.

    As peterb said :

    0044 - 871 - 472 - 4747

Similar problem I just spotted at bit-tech, this solved it.
