    Account problems @ Scan.co.uk

    Hello -

    I registered an account yesterday. It logged me out over night so I went to login again, but it said my details were incorrect. I tried password reset but nothing has come into my email (I checked spam/bin). Then I tried to create a new account with identical details but it said an account with these details already exists. So I changed a few things and entered in an alternate email address I use, but that email never received any "Welcome" email to activate the account (the same as the first account).

    Could I get some help on this? I was going to PM a moderator on this forum but it says I don't have permission to.

    I got it sorted with Customer Service -

    Tip for all Irish customers. The post code to create an acount is "IRE" (first box) "IRE" (second box). When I originally made the account I did "IRE" "LAND". But after just ringing customer service, he told me that the system changed it to "Ire" "Ire". Hope that helps some people!
