I just wanted to post quickly to say how impressed I was with the RMA service at Scan. I raised an RMA on a faulty motherboard on Monday morning and have a brand new motherboard in my hands today. The staff I spoke to were friendly and pleasant and did everything they could to make sure that I was kept informed and that things were resolved as speedily as possible. My only worry prior to ordering with Scan was that there were quite a few negative RMA experiences posted on this forum but I think that generally people who have good service never mention it whereas people who do face issues never stop mentioning it
