Fantastic RMA Experience with Scan.

I just wanted to post quickly to say how impressed I was with the RMA service at Scan. I raised an RMA on a faulty motherboard on Monday morning and have a brand new motherboard in my hands today. The staff I spoke to were friendly and pleasant and did everything they could to make sure that I was kept informed and that things were resolved as speedily as possible. My only worry prior to ordering with Scan was that there were quite a few negative RMA experiences posted on this forum but I think that generally people who have good service never mention it whereas people who do face issues never stop mentioning it

Thats very true, people can be quick to make the effort to voice a negative experience yet lethargic to voice good ones! Or maybe its down to a matter of expectation/reality?
