This is getting ridiculous. I put in a sales order request about four days ago and still haven't even had so much as a confirmation email about it. I requested an immediate callback about it today during opening hours and wasn't called. I then went on live chat and a representative asked me for my OLQ number and then went completely AFK after I provided it. He just ignored me until closing time, when the chat system threw an error and kicked me out.
I've always used Scan with no problems, but if this is the level of support given to people trying to place large orders, I'm seriously not impressed.
