I have recently purchased a £2000+ system from scan and paid extra for a 4 day build turn around. My system has now apparently been passed on to Netsolve for delivery.
Other than a one line email saying they have my system and will contact for delivery it seems impossible to communicate with Netsolve. I have emailed them back and got no reply and am unable to find any other sort of contact details.
The service from Scan to date has been great and very professional but is completely let down by this end service.
My £2000+ system is now sitting somewhere?? with a company I cannot communicate with and have no idea of when they are planning to deliver so cant plan to make sure I am at home.
Reading online there are many numerous posts about Netsolves service and non of them positive.
Until this is improved and resolved I can not recommend scan, although as I say until this point they have been great.
Really disappointed by this sloppy end to the transaction and slightly anxous as to where my system is and when it will be delivered.
