Hi,
I returned a product and according to the Returns Tracking on the SCAN site, it say's you have received the product and it has passed the testing stage. I just have a couple of questions:
1) How long will the process take now?
2) Will I be refunded the full ammount I paid for the product?
3) Would it be possible to be refunded in the form of store credit, like a voucher number or something, to minimise delays and allow me to purchase the product I want as soon as possible.
My RMA number is 368146.
