    Queries Regarding RMA

    Hi,

    I returned a product and according to the Returns Tracking on the SCAN site, it say's you have received the product and it has passed the testing stage. I just have a couple of questions:

    1) How long will the process take now?

    2) Will I be refunded the full ammount I paid for the product?

    3) Would it be possible to be refunded in the form of store credit, like a voucher number or something, to minimise delays and allow me to purchase the product I want as soon as possible.

    My RMA number is 368146.

    Hi Jo, to answer your questions:

    1) How long will the process take now?
    The RMA process takes 3-5 working days from receipt which in your case was 8/6 (today is the 3rd working day)

    2) Will I be refunded the full ammount I paid for the product?
    Yes you will get a full refund for the cost of the graphics purchased as part of your order

    3) Would it be possible to be refunded in the form of store credit, like a voucher number or something, to minimise delays and allow me to purchase the product I want as soon as possible.
    I am afraid not, any refunds will be back to your original payment method
