I'm sure this question has been asked hundreds of times, but I made an order at around 13:00 today but haven't received a dispatch confirmation email?
What time is the last batch of orders dispatched from the warehouse?

Have you had any notifications at all?
I was under the impression that Scan's next day delivery was available on all orders placed during a working day as late as 4pm, however I just checked on the website and found this:
I can only recall having issues with orders I placed when I bought the 3770k that went in my PC and another 3770k for my father in laws PC and these were due to high demand for a CPU that was only available in short supply following the release of the new CPU, IIRC.We try to leave the cut off time for next day delivery as late as possible. However this depends on a number of factors such as number of orders that we receive in a day, weather, etc....
Due to this, the latest time you can order for next day delivery varies day to day.
When we know what time this will be, we update the website with the time you must order by. You can see this on our product pages and the footer of each page.
The only notification/emails I've had were the order confirmation and payment authorisation.
13:00 is a fair time for the order to be despatched for next day delivery, surely? I've never had an issue with Scan before. Maybe someone just didn't update the order status before leaving the warehouse last night...
I've just had a text, stating there has been a delay due to a shortage of stock. Makes sense, but I would of liked to know they were out of stock before accepting my order!
Monday cut off times are always around lunch... as we have all the weekends orders to ship out and quite often we run out of space on the van by 1/2pm so we put the cut off around this time.
If it's ever after 1pm on a Monday and you *need* next day - PM me and I'll ring you - or ask any one on sales - we don't bite and will happily over-ride the shipping date for you if we can.

Thanks a lot for the insight!
Dawn at customer services has managed to resolve the issue, which was with an item on my order list being out of stock. We came to an agreement that the item is to be removed from the order, and that I receive a refund.
Update: 14:23 - The order has been despatched
