help - video card damged and not new saga

right i ordered on saturday ,included in that order was a 64M Gainward U650TVDVI Ti4200
, i was told this was out of stock on monday only for it to miraculously appear on tuesday and ship, well i recieved the order yesterday including the gainward card and all i can say is grrrr!

as you can see in the pics 1 - it is NOT brand new and 2 it is broken and will have been broken before it was shipped to me as there was no way it was damaged in transit to me ,not with all the packing around it.




anyhow i have just recieved an email from you guys which pee'd me off a bit more

I have checked the movement history of this card and it is brand new. However you are still entitled to return it if you wish. Unfortunately this is not possible before christmas now.

this peed me off cause in the original message i sent it included the links to the pictures ,so either he's blind or couldnt be bothered to look at them cause new cards do not come predusted!!!

so what do i do now, i suppose i have to fill in the Returns Queries and pay postage on the card to you and then wait years for you to pull you finger out and admit you fluffed up!

(parcel force have also seen fit to mess me around and loose 2 parcels i sent so im not a happy bunny right now)

Don't worry about the postage, We will pick the card up at our cost. Unfortunately as we shut tomorrow until the new year it is not possible to do this before christmas.

do you know roughly when it will get sorted , also are you getting in anymore of the gainward cards or will i have to have a different card ie the abit ti4200 1 at the same price?

sorry if i came across a bit rude ,but parcel force have really annoyed me and that coupled with my brother constantly playing eminem , i feel less than good at the moment

We actally feel sorry for you in the aspect that nobody deserves to be forced to listen to eminem on repeat, not even known captured terrorists

As soon as returns get the card back they'll process it accordingly so keep an eye on your email address you've used for your account at scan so Steve and the rest of returns can process this efficently.
