Black Friday EVGA No.1 Deal is so tricky, Any 1 here actually has got it shipped ?

Scan.co.uk Sold their EVGA 980 Ti FTW Graphic Card for £449.99 as their No.1 EVGA deal of black Friday, The deal started around 12:30pm Thursday and officially put off as it sold out around 5pm, including 3 people I know and myself, 4 orders placed around 2-3pm of the day and NONE of them has been shipped, one of us has been informed the following:

Well, scan has ran their online business for many many years, how could they still not manage to assign one stock to one customer ? is the system just that vulnerable ?
And as the No.1 sale business partner of EVGA in UK, scan seems to got surprised by "not able to replenish a discontinued product", huge disappointments, and feel insulted by telling us this card model has now discontinued, never heard of that and EVGA EU still selling them as normal.

Throw out some "good deals" to have people's attentions and just fulfills a few of them, or maybe none of them, A strategy for Black Friday ? SO UNHAPPY.
