This drives me nuts!!! SCAN staff have a look please

I placed an order on the 23rd December, 2004. And the payment was authorised on the 24th December, 2004. But I thought I made a few mistakes in placing that order (wrong hardwares), so I wrote (using the online query method) to cancel it. I said I would re-order at a later time.

Ok, SCAN was cloased during the last week. Kept my money, which I needed...-.-...

I called yesterday again to confirm the cancellation. I was told it has already been cancelled.

Just now I received an email saying order is in stage 3 (picked, awaiting for collection). Oh, I was so stupid to choose the Q-collect delivery method. I realized now SCAN is in Bolton, I am in London!! What's worse is that even I hadn't cancelled my order, I made a few mistakes in choosing the correct hardwares (would have frustrations later...).

I need a refund as soon as possible. I am a poor student (lol)...new semester is gonna start...

I want to call scan and discuss this further, but...it's Wednesday!! it's 12:10 PM NOON...but SCAN hotline said "OUr office is closed"...-.-

So I am seeking your help here....I have been waiting for the whole xmas and new year holiday for my money back...but you are closed...Thanks for your understanding!!

    Best regards..-.-

    PS: Invoice number 000E453466

It said that as we we're paying our respects to all those who have lost their lives when the tsunami happened on Boxing day.

The line is now open as normal.
