Hi,
New to these forums but have been a Scan customer for many years.
I recently had to RMA my 980 Ti card because of a rattling fan.
The RMA was accepted, but the status is now 'At Suppliers'
I thought within the first year , the retailer (ie. Scan) would issue a replacement. Do I now need to wait for Zotac's RMA process ?
I am currently on integrated graphics so I would like to know when I can expect a replacement card.
If someone could let me know that would be great
