RMA - card 3 months old

Hi,

New to these forums but have been a Scan customer for many years.
I recently had to RMA my 980 Ti card because of a rattling fan.

The RMA was accepted, but the status is now 'At Suppliers'
I thought within the first year , the retailer (ie. Scan) would issue a replacement. Do I now need to wait for Zotac's RMA process ?

I am currently on integrated graphics so I would like to know when I can expect a replacement card.
If someone could let me know that would be great

Hi Olli,

Regrettably the card in question is EOL (end of life) and as such it has been forwarded on your behalf back through the supply chain in order to obtain either repair, replacement or credit.

Typically wherever possible we will always try and replace from stock however due to it being EOL on this occasion it is not possible I am afraid.
