Gaming Bomb 2 Case Problem

Hi,

I recieved my gaming bomb 2 case this week from Scan and i have a problem fitting the Cd drives. When i slide the drive in and turn the catch fully to the left it does not hold the drive in place. When you push the panel that is supposed to hold the drive it, it stays in place. For now i have tucked a small bit of paper in the latch just to keep the drive in place, but i shouldnt have to do this.

What should i do scan and can you help me, I have built over 50 machines before using screwless system and never had this problem before.

Unless your on the phone to technical now, then theres been a report of this issue reported just now. I've spoken to the techinical department and if you speak to them they will get it swapped for you as soon as possible.

I did call yesterday, but i forgot to brign the invoice number to work. I will have to make the call to Scan on Tuesday as theres a Bank Holiday. That wont be a problem will it?
