    Using a different delivery address?

Although i am now 18, and have a credit card, it's got a very low credit limit, and I'm hoping to put in an order in the region of £1500-£2000 for two complete systems. Is it possible to do this on a debit card and as a special exception have it sent to a different delivery address than my billing address as you usual would do with credit cards?

I have ordered before, and the last time although it was complicated, you may remember that I was moving elsewhere for a while and you were able to send a delayed order to the different address for me, which is where I still am.

I hope that this would be possible, but please could you let me know?

    Thank you for your time!

Best thing to do is to ring the payments team tomorrow and speak with them.

If you've already purchased from us (which you have) then they should be able to allow this.

Well it took me while, but I'm putting in this order now, I will ring tomorrow to get the address changed as I have ordered before, hope it all goes to plan! Especially seeing as the website reports all like 40 items in my basket as in stock

    Thanks!

Ok, order in, slightly less than expected

    E574741

When I ring tomorrow, is there anybody in particular I should ask for to check it's gone through right, and will go to a different address? Which I actually think it will anyway - but I would like to ring anyway.

    Thanks,

If you contact payments (option 1, then option 3 - I think!) - then the team will be able to help you there. Mention myself when you get through

Well I can only see a red cross, which means problem.

Will ring after lunch to sort that out.

    Any ideas?

Due to the implementation of a new payment system yesterday we are currently experiencing delays in processing orders. Please bear with us in respect of this.

Thanks, made phone call earlier, and for some reason the card had been rejected, but it has now gone through.

    Thanks for the help.

    Bad news

All arrived on time so generally happy, HOWEVER..... The 250GB Hitachi drive I bought I am afraid was DOA, and although it powers up and makes noises, neither a shuttle system or an IcyBox can read it

Will be ringing on Monday morning.

Make sure you log a query on the support link above, and it'll be looked at on Monday.

Sorry about the problem, but hopefully we' can get this sorted for you as quick as possible.
