Question Why has my question 1st been accepted and was on site... now its gone?

Submitted a question to the Scan site:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=158981

The question was accepted, I got the email from scan stating this, it appeared on the web site for a day and now is gone without being answered.

    Whats going on??

    Simple question really:

Does the Asus A8N-SLi (Standard) come with a backplate so I can attach a Thermaltake BigTyphoon Cooler. If not then can I purchase a backplate from Scan or somewhere else in UK?

    ???

If the question has been removed, it is due to it being answered internally by the tech team.

Please bear with them - i'm sure you'll get the info shortly.

All S939 boards come with a backplate as its part of the mounting hardware for the stock heatsink

Main reason for me asking is because I bought a ASrock 939Dual (this does NOT have the backplate)

Also going to order the Asus, needed to know if this had the backplate?

Oh right, my mistake then im pretty certain it does though, at least the deluxe and premium do, i cant see a standard model on the asus site. Probably a post in general hardware would get you a definate answer from someone who has one in no time at all
