Item in stock - allegedly!

So yesterday, I looked on the scan site for a Saitek Ecliipse keyboard; in stock, so I placed the order. I get the emails, telling me that the order has been received, and payment authorised, then...guess what? This morning I get an email, saying that the order has been delayed, because it is not in stock!

Grrrr. What's the point of 'in sotck/not in stock' notification when it doesn't mean anything?

The update is run around 4 times a day to show the correct stock lvls, all i can think of is that you ordered just before the update, the saitek keyboards are due back in again on monday, appologoes for any inconvienence.

i got this aswell with a Philips Lightscribe Black 16x16 ±R Dual Layer DVD-Writer i ordered in the morning, would have been nice to be told yesterday as i could of arranged an alternative, was urgent i had this today, any chance you can tell me when they are due in?

The Philips Lightscribe units are due back in on an ETA for today, Please note this is only an ETA from our suppliers.
