    Return

I am getting a new hard drive from Scan delivered today from citylink. Is it possible I can give City Link the hard drive that I need to return (RMA).

    Cheers

Just a little bit off topic here, but do scan have a page on how the rma process is done? All i can find is a page with a form to fill in to ask for assistance. You have info pages for ordering, finance and delivery. Not that i'm need to do an rma, i'm just curious

Once you have an RMA number, you can track the progress of it, from "RMA number issued" via "Goods received" right the way through to the final outcome (refund or replacement).

I've had to use it before and it works well

Following the request and issue of an RMA this will be accompanied by an email which details the whole RMA process.
