free shipping problem

Just tried to order stuff and it still shows the shipping charges. Tried to look at my previous orders and my account says I haven't had any (I really didn't imagine I have bought stuff before - and I had free shipping!). Tried to go through the process of registering again and when I put in my hexus number, username and email it says my hexus account wasn't found, very strange. Can anyone help as I really wanted to get stuff from todays specials. Just wondering if it's related to me moving house and changing my address in my scan account?
