xfx 7800gt lifetime warranty

I have read that xfx if offering a lifetime warrenty that covers the original buyer and the second buyer, I was woundering if the xfx 7800 gt cards scan.co.uk is selling is covered by this policy

That's US warranty - the UK warranty is 2 years for the retail.

Such a large market compared to blighty. 1% of extra sales in US is probably the same as say 50% of sales over here.
