    RMA Questions

    I'm going to have to send my Squeezebox 3 back to you for a replacement once you reopen and have stock. In the meantime, could you answer these questions for me please;

    Obviously i will have to pay the initial postage costs, but will this be fully refunded?

    How do you refund the postage? Credit to the original card it was purchased with, or with credit to spend in the store?

    What's the limit for postage costs? I would prefer to send it signed for and fully insured.

    Do i have to send the complete original packaging, box, main adaptor, etc? Or could i just send the unit which you could just swap out? This would obviously reduce the postage costs significantly.

    Thanks and a happy new year to you all.

    Hope everyone had a great xmas/new year break

    Can you answer these questions for me now. Also, do you have any idea when you will be getting another batch of SB3's in? (it's the Black wireless one I need).

    Cheers.

    So i should hang on until you have stock then?

    And then a courier will pick it up from my house?

    Cheers.

    Well we could pick it up right away, but then you would have to be waiting on stock to arrive, it would be much better to await for stock first.

    Thats cool, thanks. So would delivery the new one and take the old faulty one at the same time them? That would make sense.

    No, unfortunately we cannot do it that way, we would collect the faulty one, test it, confirm the fault then issue a warranty replacement. Sorry but this is the way our procedure works.

    Fair enough, could you reserve one for me when they come in?
