    Check item description of this..

I was looking for a new burner and saw this: Gigabyte GO-1616B Black with Ivory Bezel also 16 x16±,x4+ Dual Layer DVD Writer

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=257607

It says it has i-burn technology yet gigabytes site doesnt say anything about it only the GO-1616C model. Can someone check it please.

Gigabyte's US site says that the 1616A has so i would say that all 1616s do with the A,B. C suffix merelyindicating increased specs

confusing. A has it B doesn't but C does. A and B also have the same read/write speeds and access tiems, C have slightly lower CD-R speeds but also lower access times.

I would have thought it would just be an ommision on the specs, but you never know. You could download the manuals and compair them i guess.
