Should i have got an email about my order?

I know you guys arn't back till the 3rd, but i expected an automated email about the order, but nothing has come through, so i was hoping someone could check. I need to cancel the order as the parts are no longer needed but i don't have any order references

I don't think you get an automated email when you place the order, only when they start processing it.

indeed, you won't get your emails untill the scan chappies are back in, best thing to do is give them a call first thing when they open to cancel the order.

If you check the tracking section on the site, it will tell you this anyway

Now I know why I've still not got my automated email from the order I placed a few days ago

From previous orders I've made, the automated email was almost always sent immediately.....
