Can I ask why everyone is so interested in this particular board?

Is it because of price or overclockability?

First of all it has a AGP 8x and PCI express graphics compatiability, so i can still use my 6800nu AGP and get a new processor now, and in the near future i can upgrade to PCI expresswhen i can afford it. Also its less than 50 quid and its a very decent performer, only slghlty behind or actually on par the nforce 4 boards. Its overclocking potential isnt as good as the other boards but from what i have read its good enough.

im upgrading from and overclocked athlon xp so hopefully ill see a big difference. Its an attractive board because it allows people with decent AGP cards to upgrade to 64-bit without spending too much. For less than 50 quid its an absolute bargain.

Oh yeh its also got an expansion slot so that it will be compatible with the new AMD M2 chips i believe.
