    Free delivery

    Scan,

I made a purchase on the Scan site just now and I remember a thread posted a few months ago saying that all active hexus posters get free delivery?

How do I facilitate this? Am I able to get a refund on the postage charge? The order is quite substantial, over £100.

    Thanks
    MD

    Thanks for that,
I've now updated my scan account.

The thing is, I made the order yesterday, am I able to get that amount refunded?

    Thanks, MD

I don't think you can get refunded but if your oder has not yet been picked. Cancel the order and re-order it all again with free postage! Jobs goodun.

Well, unlike you (I suspect) I'm a student, and as such don't have as much money as a full-time professional such as yourself.
£10 isn't 'cheap' to ask for back.
If you don't ask, you don't get.

A tenner means more to me than it does to SCAN as a company.

    Right on.

Thing is though, Iv'e already ordered it, like a couple of days ago. it's due to be delivered tommorrow. That's what I was asking about; if I could get a refund on it, but probably not.

If you had contacted sales to place the order, they would have enabled the free carriage for you. We can't really do it after the order is placed and shipped.

Lol, but i am a student (What kind of professional would call themselves Gorgeous ), i've had my loan cut by £700 this year and i have to pay my course fees. So i am on tight budget (Pasta for lunch + dinner..yummy ), just think of it as Scan not allowing you to the pub for a session so you can have time getting to know your new parts. Anyhows i'm going off topic and i only meant my last comment in a light hearted way.

Thought p+p was only around a fiver.

No, A tenner, even if what you buy is light or very small. In the case of my order, I Can't REALLY complain about high postage cause it weighs lots what iv'e ordered. But still, if it's there for free, I wanna take advantage of it.

So, where are you a student? What you studying? I'm meant to go back today, but I don't think the seminar is on.
