I've phoned your place twice today and they have been very helpful, so credit to you and your customer service. I wasn't waiting very long on the phone at all.
Now heres my little problem regarding Invoice Number: 000XXXXXX. The reason why I phoned was because I was checking on the status of my order. The order was placed online on the 23rd December with payment taken on the 6th January. One of my items still remained out of stock since when I ordered so I decided to change my order and swap an item. I got an email confirming that my order had been successfully changed and the extra funds were taken out of my account as instructed. My order was then picked and packed ready for dispatch on the same day.
I then received an email at 20.32 stating my order has been delayed due to an unexpected volume of orders. Fair enough, who am I to complain after I've mucked you about changing my order
But.... I haven't heard anything since, so being 4 days later I thought I would phone. I spoke to a friendly chap and he said that he would sort it out for me by speaking to his dispatches manager and I should expect an email saying it has been sent for dispatching this afternoon. I didn't receive an email so called again around 17.30 to see if the chap had got any further with my quest for my order. I spoke to someone else this time and she checked my order. I was then told it is a case of trying to find my parcel!! She told me not to worry as the bloke I spoke to before is working late tonight so will carry on chasing my query.
I haven't heard anything since, I've just checked my invoice status and it still says that it has only been picked so I guess you've got £560's worth of components lost in your warehouse somewhere!?
