Ratings & Reviews on Scan website
This may not be the place for suggestions, but I was wondering if tehre would ever be any extension to Scan's website, to incorporate a user rating and review system like eBuyer has. I find it very helpful when selecting products, and usually go with the ratings given by people who have used the products.
An option may be to havesuch a ratings system incorporated into the Hexus forum, instead of on the site?
Just a thought... cud be a crap idea, or maybe it's already done?!

That is a real good idea. I used to buy from Ebuyer and their reviews and rating are very useful. Bought a ADSL modem from them that I couldn't get working but someone had writing how they got it to work and it worked a dream and saved me lots of time.
You have to bear in mind though that not everyone will right a good review whereas people are often more than ready to right a bad review about something, so when i'm reading customer reviews i take them with a pinch of salt. But that said a review system would be good.
just postng my support of this idea....often you get good idea of compatibility and people do actually often post good reviews.
I must admit the little stars currently displayed mean nothing to me currently as I have no idea why they have been awarded.
Also the compare feature doesnt really help as much as it could, as some description fields are blank and boxes for some items do not appear which means you can't include them.
