When're articles picked for Saturday guaranteed delivery?

Hi Scan guys, I signed up for guaranteed Saturday delivery on my order (invoice no. XXXXXX), which was made last Sunday - while the site shows payment as made, the articles still have yet to be picked.

May I ask when picking for Saturday deliveries are made? - I'm just worried that delivery may not happen due to stock shortages in the interim - Or does guranteed delivery mean I won't see the picking status online on-screen and I can just sit back and wait for my new system all to roll in on Saturday morning?

Saturday Deliveries are usually picked, packed and dispatched on Friday as the Saturday list is printed during the day and flagged as urgent.

Thanks for the quick response - what happens if the items are out of stock then? Would there be an option to pick an alternative on Friday?

Yes, if any item was out of stock then the email sent by the CS team would contain at least 1 alternative providing these are in stock as well.
