Missing HDD

Placed an order yesterday for a PSU, HDD and some other bits n bobs. Package has arrived today - everything's there except my HDD

It's ticked off on the shipping list, but not in there.

I did place another order shortly after for 2 mice, and sent a mail to get you to include them in the first order. Perhaps this got things a bit messed up... I've fired an email off to your support guys - but I thought I'd post on here in case this got a faster response

Ive had this before, mainly when ordering really big things (cases etc) and not from scan, but stuff sometimes comes in two boxes on two seperate vans, so all might not be lost.

Sorry been out of the office today.

Found the drive thanks. Informed you via email last night...person who checked the box isn't too techy. It was put inside the hdd heatsink
