    RMA for MSI MegaSky580 USB TVTUNER

    Hi,

    I bought a MSI MegaSky580 USB TVTUNER from you last week and it doesnt work. Its suppose to pick up freeview for the PC. I have tried it with the aerial provided and also through my loft aerial (through which I get a fine freeview picture on my main tv). Neither work. It searches and finds nothing. I live in an area where the freeview signal is readily available.

    I wish to return this for a refund and have requested a RMA. Im wondering how long it will take and what is the procedure for sending items back.

    Seems this tuner is very very sensitive to signal - I've got a really good signal and it seems to randomly pick up a different selection everytime I scan in MCE, and occasionally nothing.

    Someone suggested in another forum the signal could be too strong

    I get nothing, even through my main aerial. I have freeview TV and that has no problems from the same aerial.

    This has had its RMA approved. It now says 'waiting credit authorisation' How long will this take?

    This usually take no longer than 7 days, but most likely you will receive this sooner

    Many thanks. Just a note to anybody who wants to RMA something - Scan are probably the most efficient computer company ive ever dealt with regarding returns. Thank you

    They arent that good! for example I placed an order today for an item in stock with an estimated dispatch date of today, and has it been sent today, NO

    Apologies, yes it did go out last friday. I didnt get the email, and my account on the website wasnt updates as it normally does when an item is shipped. Therefore I assumed it hadnt gone out.

    The refund has gone through today. Thanks anyway.
