No idea to be honest... I'm hoping people don't abuse it like some have tried unfortunately

SCAN prices are, on the whole, much the same as some other online retailers. To me then, having this facility is all the difference between buying from scan or from somewhere else.

Hence assuming that other people might be of the same mindset and as long as this offer is not abused, surely this can only be good for scan.

Bought tons of stuff off of Scan. Superb service all round. The free delivery is a bonus! Nice one Scan. Definitely number one in my eyes!

Just thought about it, what's the min. I can order to qualify for free delivery. I forgot to order a component with my last order and was thinking of putting in a new order for it. Only problem is that it's under a tenner and I'd hate to be seen as abusing the free delivery option.

Sorry for delay in replying, caused by having to rebuild my pc over the weekend and thus a reinstall of windez XP.

The item I originally ordered (and which was left out of the order because it could not be delivered before the weekend) was a round 90cm ide cable.

As it turns out, I guess I will not be needing it on account that it's corresponding hd has decided that enough was enough and given up on life. Hence I suppose I will have to fork out for a brand new SATA HD instead.

I have not priced them yet, but I am pretty sure they are more than 20 quid for a 100+ gb one!
