Hi
I've used the finance with SCAN before - a hassle free experience
My question is that if I were to get an order on finance again, will I need to send proofs of identity again?
Cheers

If its for a collection order, yes you will.
Out of interest, do scan need proof of id for finance orders that are being sent out? does it vary by how much you spend?
what forms ID can be used?
That applies for collection orders only.
It is for delivery, again.Originally Posted by DavidM
I've been accepted so I'll wait and see what the documents say.
Ah, well delivery should be fine then.
If you get the paperwork posted today, the order should (postman willing) be out tomorrow for you
I hope the finance people are nice
My new build depends on it
Huzzah, I will finally be able to experience ownage at the hands of the pandsmaster!Originally Posted by pands@scan
As far as systems go, I keep changing my mind about what to get. At the moment it is sorta like this:
1 x AMD Athlon 64 Socket 939 Dual Core 4200+
1 x Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe
2 x 250Gb SATA300 Western Digital WD2500KS Caviar SE16
2 x 1GB Corsair Value Select PC3200
1 x 512MB Sapphire PCI-E ATI X1900 XT
1 x Coolermaster Ammo case (Hopefully if you get them in)
1 x Tagan 430w PSU
It will hopefully turnout like that
VERY nice system
Sort of jealous tho, wish i cud afford a system like that
Jon tho, i would change your PSU to at least a 480w, ideally over 500w (520 or so)
With the 430w on that l33t haxing system, you will have endless instability issues with it
LN10447 would be ideal...but it depends how much you are wanting to spend
Yea, i did wonder if 430 would be enough, especially if i ever plonked in a crossfire master cardOriginally Posted by pands@scan
I think a quality 430W should be fine with 1 graphics card, especially if the 12v line is good enough, but spend a bit more if you can. You could save money with the 4200 x2 if you got a 3800 x2 instead, the 3800 x2 will overclock to 4200+ levels easily
