Can't get free delivery

Hi

hope you can help on this one - tried to process my Hexus number and username in hope that could get free postage on items ordered from Scan but either says no Hexus account found or that I do not have enough posts; have both.

Please help me out as I want to order a video card and motherboard from Scan at end of week and the free postage does encourage me to order from yourselves rather than from somewhere else.

That looks like you've been caught up in the "account reaching 25 posts after the hexus update" conundurum

If you try tomorrow once the 2 systems have been update, the system should recognise your account. It's because you'll only passed 25 posts and the hexus & scan systems need to synch in order to validate this.

No, unfortunately you need to wait until the carriage offer is activated before it can be used.

Just an update.

Received product with invoice attached stating £28.99 but have found that £39.94 was taken from account (switch).

Please could you be kind enough to sort out this mistake.

Refund was processed on the 7th March therefore I would say it "should" be showing back in your account either tomorrow or Monday.

Tried to make an order today so went through the free delivery thing and still not able to accept me - telephoned your offices and was told to post here with problem. As can see from above posts have had this problem before and was told it would be sorted out.

One other thing; could not place order on an item a while ago with free delivery due to it not being over £10; today was told could not get free delivery on an item due to it not being over £20 - so what is going on and £5 something postage on an item which is £11.74 inc VAT does not encourage me to buy from Scan.

Please help.

Have had this since begining and know details inputted are correct.
