    XClio PSU RMA - Quickie

    Hi,

I Bought a Xclio 480W PSU whilst it was on today only.

I have installed it today, and after a long overhaul with all the cables (it now looks ultra neat); it is bloomin loud.

It drowns out everything in my case, and makes a massive noise, not quite the 'quiet' PSU you mentioned on your site. Nr on the manufacturers box (21-28dba).

I would like to RMA this, and as it is less than the 7days would i be entitled to a full refund? Also do you repay the postage cost from me sending it to you?

Pretty dissatisfied with the PSU especially with all the blurb I really cannot believe the noise it makes, it is noisier than the Thermaltake one i had 3 years ago, and noiseier than this pretty old enermax of mine...

I may have a look into the Tagan PSU's you have on today only today.

A prompt reply would be very much appreciated

    Cheers

    Ian

PS. I was just wondering whether i could retrn this before submitting an RMA - is it easiet to ring up or do it online?

Does it have a 3pin cable coming out?

If so, hook it upto a fan controller and turn that sucker down
