    Chage of delivery address

    Hi,

Lately i have been purchasing more and more from scan, and I still have much more to purchase. However, I can no longer take days off to stay at home and wiat for city link. I have registered my visa electron card with scan, would it be possible to have my new stuff I order delivered to my work adress until further notice ?

I dont get home in time to get to the city link warehouse which is a fair way from where i live plus i dont drive. This would allow for me to make many more purchases.

Please get back to me asap

There would be no way to permanately to set a alternate delivery address, however if you have registered your card through VBV you would be able to change the delivery address manually

Whats VBV? Im interested in this thread because one of the only reasons i dont buy more from scan is not being able to get things sent to my work address, i have a Switch card, and i have no plans to get a credit card.

Unfortunately the VBV System will only accept Visa or Mastercards

Verified By Visa.. if you go to any page on our site, and click the information link at the bottom of the page - it'll explain it in full.

As for delivery address - simply contact our Customer Services team and they can authorise an alternative address in most cases.
