Product Request - Silverstone TJ08 in Black

Scan, is this showing up with your suppliers yet? If so, rush one through for me

    Thanks

Edit: NM, Silverstone say you're getting them on the 10th.

OK, just bought this off your site, hopefully it will be in stock soon.

If I'm very careful with opening it so it looks as-new etc but it turns out to be built like ass (the photos on the Silverstone site aren't the most flattering), would I be able to return it? Or do you need a fault rather than a general 'poor-quality' report?

A low quality silverstone? You must be joking.

Do you deal with Stefan Galow? His a top guy, we should get him here in the forums.

I'll be putting up more pics when it arrives. Shame it didn't come into stock today though, Scan and Silverstone both reckoned it was.

The cases are onroute directly from Silverstone and should be here all being well today.

Depending on the time the goods arive (its quite a large order with Silverstone) will depend on when the Goods in department will book the goods in and therefore it might not be dispatch today.....

As soon as the delivery arrives I shall try and let you know

Didn't take many, internal layout etc can all be seen on the website so there's no surprises there.

One thing I will say, and this is very clear in the photos in the review on this (but never mentioned in the review for some reason) is that the drive bay blanks are a very bad fit for the holes they are meant to fill. Expect to spend some time adjusting them, and getting used to them not being 100% because they only attatch with one screw each side. This is what you can expect out of the box:

There's no getting away from the fact that this is a very expensive front on a very cheap chassis, and £60 is really the most that could be asked for this case, especially as it comes with the fans. It's not worth the money, but I don't regret spending it, purely cause I needed a Micro ATX tower this week that didn't look like crap.

Other options are the Coolermaster Centurion 540 (good luck finding that one in stock), but the quality of that is nothing to shout at judging by what the Centurion 5 was like.

Think carefully about this one, I'd say if you're just going to build a nice compact box and be done with it, go for it because it looks damn nice. If you want to tweak (why are you buying Micro ATX?) then look elsewhere.

It's no Antec, but you could do a lot worse.
