Not very happy with scan today :(

I rang your RMA department on monday to arrange a different delivery address other than my home address (as i would not be in) in which the nice lady at the end of the phone said yes. However this was not to be the case as i have came into work today to find that when tracking on the City-Link website (i have been carded). I have now spoken to your customer services and she is glad to redirect the RMA to my work address however i now have to wait until tomorrow. Is there nothing you guys can do for me, as i am waiting now...impatiently to receive this card. Thanks

Please accept my apologies for the problems you have encountered, obviously our Customer Service team were more than happy to change the address for you, unfortunately, City Link do require 24 hours to process this change as at the moment your parcel is sat on a van travelling around the guys delivery area, so its not possible to get this done the same day for you.

Ok then thats not a problem, i just wish there wasnt this mistake in the first place :( , my work address is in the same sort of area as my home address but if nothing can be done then so be it. thanks anyway

You may be able to ring city link directly and sort it out, ive done this once before, although i was only having the package delivered 2 doors downt the street
