    Question Tagan TG330-U1

I received this power supply from yourselves today, having seen it on the Tagan website here:

    http://www.tagan.com/pages/products/..._tg330_u1.html

Pictured with PCI-Express connectors, a 24 pin motherboard power connector etc.

But mine is a normal 20 pin ATX affair, which leaves me a bit screwed for powering my board. Is this an error on Tagan's part, or have I gotten old stock?

    Thanks

Cheers, thanks for looking into this. The specs on your site say 20 & 24 pin motherboard connector, so I guess I should have that at least.

I would imagine that the PSU should have included the convertor but again I wouldn't be able to confirm this until I have checked the current stock....

If it should have I shall get it resolved for you

Just to check... are you sure that you haven't just missed the extra bit that clips on the side of the 20pin? Here's a piccy:

    http://www.tagan.com/gfx/connectors/20to24.jpg

You just clip the extra four pins onto the side.

    Sorry if you already know!

    Caged,

I have checked the current stock and the power connector is the standard 20 pin connection and there is no 24 pin convertor included although there is a reference to it in the manual.

If obviously you cant use the PSU then it would be best to fill in the returns request from the following link:

Nah I just plugged the 20 pin portion in and it seems to work fine, so I guess that's OK.

Was that fan I got you to add to an order for me last week successful? It's not appearing on the order status that's all.

Also: Do you know when the graphics card on that same order will appear in stock?

    Thanks
