EVGA step up programme

Are EVGA graphics cards bought from scan covered by the EVGA step up programme??

I have heard nothing of Scan doing this, however i believe that it it done by contacting EVGA anyway .. but i will check into this and conform ..

Does Step-Up even apply outside the US?

Im not sure i have asked a few of the big cheeses here, just waiting for confirmation either way ..

I emailed EVGA and YES it does apply to outside the Uk but only on certain cards (Not the lite ones and not OEM ones I think)
