I just ordered an X-FI Fatal1ty card from scan at about 3:49pm - i checked my bank you have taken the money out but I havent got an email saying you have taken payment and the invoice number isnt working.
Can anyone help?

I ordered £300 worth of stuff yesterday, and it was a good couple of hours before i got any email. I think they must just be uber busy after the easter break.
Im still waiting for my Picked/Despatched emails to come, hoping for delivery tomorrow!
Just hang on a while the automated E-mails will filter thorugh tomorrow as the order as placed after the cut off point for next day delivery
i usually get the first 2 like 10 minutes after - anyway i got step 1 & 2 emails now and says estimated despatch is tomorrow (20th) so i should have it friday so i can play over the weekend

I'm afraid that the cut off was set very early today to try and get rid of the backlog of orders we have due to being closed for just over 4 days.
I recall the system at 10am was showing dispatch Thursday for Delivery on Friday.

ok dont bother me as long as i get it friday to play with it over the weekend
Maybe would be good to have an estimated despatch in the shopping cart? I think that would be a nice feature i would like to see.
Means when my watercooling comes tomorrow i wont have sound till friday but oh well.

The estimated despatch date is confirmed on Stage 3 of the ordering process along with other delivery options just before payment details are taken
