wrong backplate with mobo

hello i did put this in my other thread but i think it has been overlooked

i got the gigabyte micro atx moto last week and the backplate that came with it was completley the wrong one it didnt have holes where it should and also was about an inch to long

i did phone last week to be told a replacement would be sent priority but i have still not got anything

can someone have a look please i am using with out at minute which isnt a prob but when i sell it gonna be a prob
