ok I have a few rmas to do - any way to do them as one thing by pm or email etc don,t have energy to spare to do em all individually at the moment..(good reason)

If you have RMA's from 4 separate invoice numbers it would be best to create 4 separate OLQ's. If the RMA's are all from the same invoice number just create 1 query and list them all in the message box.
