Logitech G15 Faults

Slight probal I have been having with my G15, had it for 6 months and the paint is coming off the keys already which is annoying as soon all I will have is a load of blue keys, can anything be done about this as I don't really expect to pay £40 for a keyboard and it be useless after another 2 months.

You will need to contact Logitech explain the problem and they will give you a Logitech Customer ID number, We require this number before we can raise a RMA number,

Once you have the number drop me a PM with it and your invoice number and ill get the RMA raise for you,

Madafwo, the same thing happened to me last week, it is most noticeable on the “S” key – let me know how you got on as I will be raising this issue also. Funnily enough it was almost spot on 6 months old when I noticed it on mine also.

It doesn't take a genius that WASD are the keys that get the most action on this keyboard, but £40 odd quid for a k/b you want it to last longer than 6 months. Maybe this is why the price has gone up, changed the process so the keys last longer.

Will let you know how things get on, I just sent a query to Logitech to see what they say.
