    Whoops



    On my laptop now. Basically I had an e-mail from you guys saying that you would pick my copperhead up on monday. But you have excelled once again and the delivery dude just arrived to pick it up. The only problem being is that I was expecting it to come on monday. I had to rush about to pack it (no original box) and I sent it in a belkin box wrapped in bubble wrap. The RMA number was written on the front of the box in permanent marker. Will this be sufficient? As I said - great service but was caught a tad short haha.

    This shouldn't be a problem as long as the packaging is safe and houses the goods correctly and is clearly labelled ( which you have done )

    Well the only thing I've done is write the RMA number on the box. The delivery guy said that I did not need to include the address...ah well! I just didn't want it to be rejected.

    Thats fine - we booked the collection and the driver's usually either bag or sticker these with the details to come back to us

    Hi guys,

    I was wandering if you find that fault, whether or not you could swap it for a logitech G5 (slighly cheaper) as if this is what razer build quality is like I cba messing with returns all of the time (i knew they had bad build quality in the past). If you can't do that then tis ok...may as well try though!
