On my laptop now. Basically I had an e-mail from you guys saying that you would pick my copperhead up on monday. But you have excelled once again and the delivery dude just arrived to pick it up. The only problem being is that I was expecting it to come on monday. I had to rush about to pack it (no original box) and I sent it in a belkin box wrapped in bubble wrap. The RMA number was written on the front of the box in permanent marker. Will this be sufficient? As I said - great service but was caught a tad short haha.
