Combining Unshipped Orders

I just placed a ~£450 order with scan, and it's at the payment accepted stage...

However, I've just seen these and really want one! Is there anyway I can order it, pay for it, but have it shipped in with the rest of my items, as they have not yet been picked? I don't fancy paying loads more delivery for such a small item to be shipped alone...

Yes, ring our sales or customer services teams, and they'll be able to make the ammendments (but please ring early rather than late!)
