Argh New PSU Clicking / Catching

I bought a Hiper (580W black modular - LN11005) PSU from yourselves not so long ago, and was looking forward to its 'silent performance'; however the fan (as soon as the PSU was installed) has been making an annoying noise, sort of a clicking noise similar to a harddrive when it is being accessed.

But it is continuouse, and i know it is the rear (80mm) fan of the PSU making the noise, as it stays on after the computer is off, and it stops when i stop the fan. The noise is definitely due to the fan catching on something within the PSU, maybe a fan guard or similar. But i don't want to go into the PSU to void the warranty.

I just wanted to post it here before contacting the tech team, to see whether this would warrant a straight swap of the PSU? It is extremely annoying to hear the noise, as you can hear it above the rest of the PSU. However it is the PSU, and not just a design fault, my mate has the same PSU (tho slightly older - same model no / barcode (v2)) and it doesnt make this clicking noise.

I don't want to be without a PC for any significant amount of time, and I really don't want the hassle of re-wiring the cables again. Is there any chance to do a straight swap for the bare PSU exc the cables etc, to minimise downtime of my PSU ?

    Thanks in anticipation

PS. I have sent a different PSU back to you before, I am not just being picky, but the noise is noticeable (my pc is no where near silent) and it is strange how it doesn't happen to my mates PSU.
