RMA 140048 - information

Hello, my rma has been tested and indicated as faulty. I was just wondering how long will it take for the replacement to be sent because i am going on holiday and wont be here for a month. Also, is it possible to issue credit so that i can buy a better routher from scan as the one i sent is pretty pants?

rite well looks its completed too early b4 sm1 could reply!!! Excellent service scan!!! Will definitely buy again!!! Would sm1 from scan be kind enough to look at the invoice for me (removed for security reasons) and tell me what is thr replacement cos this router is no longer sold. Thanks

No response. Sorry for the lack of patience but i am in a hurry as i am going on holiday on friday i kind of need to know if my replacement is going to ship today or not.
