wont let me sign on

hi, ive rang a few times now and tried to sort this out but to no avail. when i make and order where i log on it wont let me. ive ordered manyhitng things from u such as processor, PSU's, Ram and many other things and for some reason you dont have any record of this, now every tiem i order i ahve to do it over the phone, i give my post code and stuff but customer care cant seem to find me. could anybody on here help, i have given ur customer care ladies my email adress a few tiems and they said they would sort it but nothign as happened and i stillc ant order with you online.
