XFX 7900GTX issue

I was thinking, could it be my system is underpowered?

I have a 3500 CPU, Mobo, 3GB of RAM, 2 HDD's running in RAID 0, a DVD drive, CD drive, network card, Sound card and GFX card all being powered from a 475w enermax PSU.

I thought that could handle it, maybe there isn't enough juice? Although the system hasn't crashed at all and no games have suddenly stopped running or frozen, apart from when using Vertex Shader 3.0/OGL under certain settings.

No its not PSU issues, if it was you would be getting shutdowns rather than artifacting.

its doubtful that its your psu mate. i have an enermax 485w and that happily ran a pair of 7800gtx, sound card, watercooling, 3 hard drives, 8 usb etc with no probs.

Didn't think it would be but gotta check these things. I've RMA'ed the card and Scan are sending a courier to pick up the old one and deliver a new one.

I've RMA'ed it, to be picked up tomorrow but nothing yet on when I get a replacement. Can anyone from Scan let me know if the replacement will be dispatched this week or do I have to wait until the card is verified (if they can!) as having problems? Cheers.

Hi, could someone from scan check out when my card will be returned? Its been confirmed that there is an issue and the RMA is complete and a return is on its way but its not been updated since Friday. Yes, I know, I'm not patient.
