    order status

    hi there i placed an order last night (31/07/06) and its currently sat at stage 2. how long does it take usually? i cant see any expected delivery date on the site, but i may be missing it

    is next day standard?

    i should mention that all items were in stock, i chose items for this reason so i would get the asap!

    ok, some items were out of stock, i have called to cancel them but they are not updated on my invoice. Would someone mind pushing this through as its really essential i get it tommorow (hence why i cancelled the out of stocks!)

    The invoice will show the order as placed, and not any ammendments.

    could you please make sure this goes through today as i need it tommorow

    is this possible david?

    also i thought the hexus free carriage was applied for after the order was placed :-/

    is there any way i can get this now? (please say yes )

    ok david ive called scan customer services and they've sorted it all for me
