    3XS System Broken

    My 3XS system, which arrived today, has just stopped working. We suspect there is an issue with the graphics card, seeing as it stopped almost immediately after trying to play a game.

    Is there anybody at SCAN today that we'd be able to talk to today, or do we need to wait until Monday? If there is somebody there, a phone number would be very helpful.

    I've have attempted to ring the number, but I have not had anyone pick up yet. At one point, it went through to voice-mail and I hung-up to collect information so I could leave a message.

    I'm now awaiting someone to pick up / waiting for a voice-mail to kick in.

    I have tried Tom, who tested my system, I have tried the support number (general support) and I have tried the number you PM'ed me (but nobody has picked up). Is there anybody manning the 3XS system support line today?

    Spoken to customer and resolving the system problems.

    Yeah but on Saturday's it's usually just the 1 or 2 of them if their lucky
