    Change of order

    Hi i ordered some hardware from scan yesterday (building a new core 2 duo based pc). I paid through finance and sent the forms away today. Having looked at the graphics cards on offer though i think i want to change the graphic card i ordered.

    I picked this

    256Mb XFX 7900GT Extreme, PCI-E (x16), Mem 1500 MHz, GPU 520 MHz, 24 Pipes, Dual DVI-I/HDTV
    Scan code LN13390
    Manufacturer code PV-T71G-UDER

    but i think i will splash out on this instead

    512MB Sapphire Radeon X1900 XT PCI-E (x16) Mem 1450 MHz, GPU 625 MHz, 48 Pipes VIVO
    Scan code LN12975

    How do i go about changing the order (there is nothing in my orders yet?) and can i just pay the difference in price by card?

    Hope i dont have to cancel the whole order?

    Customer Service?

    Well I contacted scan and aksed about changing the order and they said fine i could change the order to include a different DVD drive (as the old one is end of line) and the radeon x1900 graphics card but today i got an email simply telling me that my order was cancelled and money had been refunded. So WTF is going on? Anyone from SCAN here to help out?

    Got a phone call from martin explaining that it was just a mix up and the wrong email had been sent out. Glad its sorted now, Thanks for your help.
